Wacky Trademark of the Week (Weak)

It’s Friday and to kick the weekend off the right way, welcome to this week’s edition of “Wacky Trademark of the Week (Weak)”.  After our exhaustive search of the archives of the United States Patent and Trademark Office, we give you the, we can’t believe it’s a registered trademark but it is “Wacky Trademark of the Week (Weak)”:

ghost-court

Judge Judy has nothing on “Ghost Court”. This trademark is now appropriately…dead but was registered in connection with a proposed television show. From the trademark filing, “Ghost Court” was to be a television show where people presented evidence and tried to prove their paranormal encounter was real. The show never got made so the world missed out on this gem. I would have went with the name “The Undead People’s Court” but what do I know.
