When you license a copyright it is always best to, I don’t know, have the rights to license that music.
Lee Law has filed a lawsuit on behalf of the YouTube channel known as Jaze Cinema. The lawsuit can be found here. The lawsuit alleges that Jaze Cinema licensed a song but, thereafter, received a YouTube claim from the creator of the music saying that the YouTube video was infringing because Jaze Cinema did not have the right to use the music.
After attempts were made to resolve the matter without success, Jaze Cinema filed a claim for breach of contract and fraud since the defendant did not have the right to license the music.
